Plum Paper Planner Review

Today was an exciting day.  When I got home from lunch, there was a package waiting for me at my door.  Normally, I avoid checking the mail like it’s the plague.  Nothing good ever comes in the mail for me but when things are left on my door, that’s when I start to get excited.

I don’t know if it is because I am a girl or a homeschool mom or what, but I love a good planner.  A few years ago I came across a shop on Etsy, Plum Paper,  that specializes in yearly planners.  On a whim, I purchased one and I’ve been hooked ever since.  I got my new one in the mail today and wanted to share it with you in case you have been looking for one too.  This is in no way a sponsored post (but hey, it could be wink wink) I just wanted to share with you all something that I love.

The box it comes in has gotten a serious upgrade since the last one I purchased a year ago. It’s got the company’s logo on it so I knew it was my planner right away.  I opened the box and I was pleasantly surprised my planner was wrapped in a layer of plastic and then a layer of bubble wrap.  It was really protected which is great because I have issues with pages getting bent.

The cover is one of my favorite parts about the planner.  There are so many designs to choose from. Last year I got a whale design and this year I went for a pretty watercolor look.  I also got my name put on the front which just makes me happy!

The inside pages are super customizable to fit your needs.  In the family planner addition there are 7 tabs each week that you can customize.  This year, because our schedules fluctuate so much, I opted to leave these spots empty and I will fill them in by hand.  There is also a space for weekly check lists which will come in handy if I ever get around to giving Addie chores around the house and a space for notes where I list out my meal plan.

I also like that at the beginning of each month there is a place to set goals, remember birthdays and events and have some blank areas for notes.  It’s a great way to keep organized each month.   Plum Paper Planners come in a variety of style.  There’s a family planner, teacher planner, student planner, fitness planner, weekly planners, monthly planners and so much more. On top of that, you can choose the cover design, monogram features and additional add on features.  I’m seriously impressed with the quality of my new planner and it only took about a week and half to get it.  If you are looking to try something new, I highly suggest checking them out!
